Vaporwave Chicken

Looping animation in a vaporwave style made for a class assignment. I focused on creating texture with noise and hologram effects. The tunnel was made by repeating hexagon shapes growing out of view. The shapes were parented to a master layer that controlled their overall rotation. The spinning lines in the background were made with a Repeater and Twist effect. In the final composite several filters were added to change the hue, add glow, and add camera focus blur. Made with Maya and After Effects.

Chicken model was downloaded from Turbosquid, and the music was found on YouTube.
